Description
Russelia plant was named firecracker because of its scarlet, long, tubular flowers which is a quite symbolic to red coloured firecrackers and it’s very common in India. It’s a multi branched sub-shrub with slender, rushlike stems which are angled with leaves and ridges which are reduced to little more than small scales. The wiry branches start out erect then fall over to cascade down in lengths as long as 4 feet.
To grow it better, make a mixture of potting using pertile, peat and sand with equally quantity.
Growing Conditions:
Soil: Well-drained loamy sand soil.
Temperature: 18-24 Degree Celsius.
Fertilizer: Apply any organic fertilizer.
